Gsfuel is a transportation software tool provided exclusively for customers of Greenway Carriers who have been issued cards authorized under the Gsfuel program. Use of Gsfuel and cards issued under the program signifies acceptance by the user to the terms and conditions established by Greenway Carriers for the Gsfuel program. These same terms and conditions are available to customers upon request.

Gsfuel software is designed to provides users with a self-directed fuel purchase management tool for authorized personnel. Users of Gsfuel assume all responsibility for the authorization and approval of fuel purchases, the inventory of cards, the activation of cards, and the secure maintenance of card inventory. The secure use and inventory of fuel cards, and their associated pin numbers, is the sole and exclusive responsibility of Gsfuel users.

Gsfuel users assume full and exclusive responsibility for ensuring safe & secure access to the Gsfuel program, the maintenance of their card inventory, their associated pin numbers, and the training of their employees to ensure compliance. Users must register a valid e-mail and mobile phone number with Greenway Carriers to allow for e-mail and text message communication with Gsfuel. Users must advise Greenway Carriers immediately of any breach in the secure handling of their cards or access to the Gsfuel portal.

Greenway Carriers is not responsible in any way for disruptions in service or interruptions in the Gsfuel program caused by conditions or technical issues beyond its immediate control. Greenway Carriers reserves the right to cancel this client agreement immediately should the user not demonstrate adherence to the terms of the Gsfuel Client Agreement, or upon failure to meet the credit terms issued by Greenway Carriers
